Most trips are planned at no additional cost — Disney pays a commission on commissionable bookings, which covers my time. The only fees that apply are documented on the Pricing page: a $50 good-faith deposit (which credits in full to your trip), a 5% concierge fee on non-commissionable items like park tickets, and a few situational fees like rush planning or itinerary-only.
